Return Policy

Welcome to Dr.wellness Hydrogen, where we’re all about providing years of healthy living and hydrogen inhaling machine. We completely understand when a product falls short of your expectations.

We have a fantastic return policy in place for this reason:

1.The 30-day Rule: You have a full month from the date of purchase to send it back under our 30—day return policy.

Defective: We want you to be comfortable knowing that we will take care of you, but time is of the essence. If your hydrogen inhalation device isn’t performing as expected, we’ll happily swap it out for you.Now, here’s the deal: we do require a 15% restocking fee and you’ll be responsible for the return shipping.  Oh, and just a heads up, Dr.wellness can’t be returned once opened, as they’re considered personal care devices.

Sadly, we are unable to accept returns for items marked as “As Is”, “Sale Final”, “Clearance”, “Open Box”, or “Refurbished”. We aim to provide the highest quality products and service.

2.If you request a return due to a defective product

Contact us, and take a video to prove that there is indeed a quality problem, please send it to our email address We will replace or refund for you. Thank you for your cooperation. Please contact us within 3 days after receiving the package.

3. If you receive the wrong product or missing accessories in any order due to our mistake, please provide us with a picture of the item you received and we will replace or resend it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to arrange a replacement.

4. All products are guaranteed to be in good quality, if the product received is damaged during shipping, please provide us with pictures of the damaged item, we will replace it for free. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange a replacement.

NOTE: Please contact us via email to request a return address before returning. Do not return the product to the original shipping address on the package. This is not our return address. If you return the product to this address, the return process will not work properly.

5. The logistics company lost the order. For all orders not received, we will file a claim with the courier company. We require a claim ID from the customer. We will not process refunds until we receive a solution from the courier company. We can resend you the product if you wish.

6.We cannot refund in any of the following cases:

Sent the product to the wrong address (including "Return to sender", please confirm the return address with us before returning. The return address is different from the delivery address.).

Select the return method of cash on delivery. Without special circumstances, the machine can only be replaced once, and no refund service will be provided after the replacement.
