Shipping Policy

Worldwide free shipping,  delivery time is 3-7 working days after receiving the payment.

The transportation will be by DHL express. Generally, it can reach all countries in the world within 1-2 weeks after delivery. Please note that each country may interrupt or extend the delivery time due to holidays, and the delivery date will be automatically postponed during holidays.

After delivery, we will fill in the courier number on the website, please pay attention to the customer to receive the package, if you want to know the progress of your order, you can also send an email to zhexcellence@outlook.com, we will notify you order schedule.

Oversized packages, US Canada Europe We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes, B.F.P.O or A.P.O addresses.

It is our international customers' responsibility to be aware of possible duties, fees and taxes before placing an order, and if customs or courier requires you to pay additional fees during the import process, you will need to pay them promptly.

Any errors in shipping, including wrong or missing items, must be reported to us within 1 day of receipt. Please contact us by email, chat, or call +86-13937172640. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments discovered after 1 day. All tracking information will be provided via email shipping confirmation.

When you were about to sign for the package, it was found damaged. Please take some pictures first to prove it. And contact us, then please refuse the package.

For international customers who refuse to deliver or send goods back to us without our permission, we will not be responsible for it.
